Boss Ops gives hospitality teams a place to configure daily checks, record what happened, follow up on issues and keep key site records and training visible.
Choose a checklist template, edit its wording and limits, set the site equipment, and assign the groups who should see it. Starter templates are reference material until a manager reviews and saves a site-specific copy.
Staff or managers answer required pass/fail, temperature or text items. A check can be saved in progress or completed, with the record showing who updated or completed it and when.
Failed check answers and open corrective actions appear for review. Managers can record an owner, due date, action and verification; risk assessments, training, documents and review dates are available alongside daily checks.
Use the site dashboard, renewal calendar and inspector report to review recorded information, and export check records as CSV. Reports reflect what has been entered; they do not prove that a site is legally compliant.
Boss Ops is currently presented in-app as a preview. It helps organise records and workflows, but it does not replace a business-specific food safety management system, staff training, competent advice, legal duties or the judgement of an authorised officer. The business remains responsible for setting safe procedures, accurate allergen information and suitable corrective actions.
Food safety and allergen requirements vary by business and jurisdiction. Check current official guidance and your local authority’s requirements.
