Invite hospitality employees to their staff app, collect secure starter forms and find completed starter packs in authorised Boss Ops HR records.
Invite the right person
Save the employee record, check their email, site and role, then send an invitation through Employees. Creating a record alone does not send an email.
Collect starter details securely
The invitation includes password setup, staff access and a secure new-starter form. Employees submit their own UK payroll details through the form.
Keep sensitive records restricted
Authorised managers can find completed starter-pack metadata in HR Documents and download the pack securely. Sensitive payroll information is excluded from ordinary notifications and accountant listings.
